  • Magenta for Office for use with page scanners also comes as Magenta for Office Suite for the design of plain paper forms or plain paper survey forms, Data Merge for data merge capability, and Remark Office® scanning, reporting and exporting software.
Magenta or Magenta for Office-what's the difference?
You may view samples of Course Requests, Grade Sheets, Medical, Surveys & Evaluations, Testing, and Time and Attendance forms. Each sample scan form will indicate which software was used to create it. Surveys & Evaluations sample forms are separated into two pages: Magenta and Magenta for Office.
It is possible to design many complex scan form layouts using DATA BLOCKS' software. For example, below is a landscape form with timing tracks on the side AND a portrait form inverted with landscape text ... all on the same form!
